Hello to our faithful friends at NOBC

Before I begin, let me tell all of you that we have two classes at North Oxford Baptist Church that are our parents' and grandparents' ages that pray for us daily...they bless us financially...they have truly joined us in this journey, and they bless us deeply! Mr. Leroy and Ms. Barbara Mullins introduced us to one another, and the Lord has blessed us all. This is for our faithful friends...

Chris and I just wanted to say thanks to our friends in the Boomer Class and in the Letra Malone Class. You absolutely brighten our lives more than you will ever know. Chris and Leroy talk weekly and Ms. Barbara and I e-mail as well. They regularly report to us your faithfulness in asking about us and praying for us. We often look at each other and ask, "Why do these people love us so much...we've done nothing for them...we've done nothing to deserve their love?" We then realized...It's such a beautiful parallel of how we should feel towards Christ. None of us DO anything for God that He can't do for Himself. He doesn't NEED us....He chooses to include us in His glorious plan. Even our most righteous acts are as filthy rags...we DON'T deserve His love. Your faithfulness, unconditional love, and attitude of a servant's heart encourages us to follow in your footsteps. Your kindness and generosity leads us to look for opportunities to do for others as well.When you give to others as unto to the Lord, it's a gift that keeps on giving. I pray blessings on each one of you daily!!

Speaking of which, Chris and I would like a picture of your classes...we would like to have a list of your names and a picture of you so that when we pray, we can know exactly WHO we are praying for. We would also like to know specific prayer requests...it gets boring just praying for ourselves...it does the spirit good to focus on others :) I also told Ms Barbara that we would love to have a REAL visit with you when we are in town for Christmas. You have become like family in our hearts...we feel your prayers daily! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We love each of you!

Ft. Worth Stalkyards

Hey everybody! We went to the Ft.Worth Stalkyards and actually stood with real longhorns and cowboys! I know AWESOME! The Robbins are coming the next time we go! We loved it! It is really what you would call Texas! I am starting to feel at home now! but still homesick!

Today

Today, oh boy, Brandon has the FLU! Lord have Mercy on thelittle 5 year old!

I have sore throat, nasil stuff, and coughing!

Benton is perfectly fine! :)

Mom has a really bad headache, Nasil stuff too, and I guess her stomach hurts!

Dad is fine but may be on the lines of starting what I have, sore throat, coughing, nasil stuffy stuff. Dad is enjoying school. He has his first test Wednesday!

Hey guys! I am really missing you here in Texas! My dad is watching football with me! GO Football! especially Alabama! Well post a comment. I would love to here from you!

School is going great here. Living in a big state is quite a hit! Well this is so weird because it would take almost 6 hours to get to the coast and here it takes about 8-9 hours! Madi, You probably know what I mean! Well got to go post something else in a minute so dont stop reading here.

Dad's school is going great! God is really working in us. I hope it want be hard having to learn the Hebrews language. He is doing great though! I am very proud he has allready ready the Bible through Exodus. WOW
